How long does it take to receive my order?
Loose diamonds ship within 7 business days. Ring settings ship within 14 business days. Completed custom rings take 14–21 days depending on the design.
Is shipping included?
Yes — complimentary, fully insured shipping is included on every order.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes — expedited shipping is available at checkout. Reach out to us for rush production options on custom pieces.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international orders are paid (rates and duties calculated at checkout). US orders ship free.
Diamonds
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. Every diamond we sell is conflict-free. Our lab-grown stones have zero mining impact.
Do you offer both natural and lab-grown?
Currently Stone Theory sells only lab-grown diamonds. They are chemically identical to natural stones at a fraction of the cost.
How do I know the diamond I buy is the one I see?
Every stone comes with its independent certificate (GIA or IGI) and a direct link to verify with the issuing lab.

What metals do you offer?
14K and 18K yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and platinum. All metal is 100% recycled.
Can I resize my ring later?
Yes. Resizing is offered for a fee that depends on the style and metal — customers cover return shipping in both directions. Contact us for a resize quote before sending your piece back.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We're a fully online studio — please contact us and we'll guide you through the design process from sketch to finished piece.
How do I find my ring size?
We ship a complimentary ring sizer with every first order, or you can visit a local jeweler. Email us if you need help.
Care
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water; polish gently with a jeweler's cloth to restore shine.
What about loss or theft?
We don't cover loss or theft — we recommend adding your ring to your home insurance or taking out a standalone jewelry policy. We can provide a full appraisal for this.
Returns
What's your return policy?
14 days for a full refund on unworn pieces in original condition. The customer covers return shipping. Custom-sized rings and modified settings are final sale.
How do I return something?
Email us at returns@stonetheoryusa.com and we'll send return instructions. Refunds post within 5 business days of receipt of your return.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Within 14 days of delivery — please contact us to arrange an exchange.
