Shipping policy

Domestic (United States)

Free fully-insured shipping on every US order, with no minimum. Orders are insured for full retail value from our studio to your door, with signature required on delivery for items over $1,000.

International

We ship internationally on a paid basis. Shipping rates and any applicable duties or taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Production & delivery times

• Loose diamonds: ship within 7 business days of payment.
• Ring settings: ship within 14 business days of payment.
• Custom builds: 14–21 business days depending on the design.

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days; international orders in 5–10 business days plus customs clearance.

Lost or stolen packages

All US shipments are fully insured by Stone Theory. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier and our insurer to resolve it.

Shipping delays

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
